Guideline for submission
• The conference proceedings will be presented in an “extended abstract”
format. Presenters are requested to prepare TWO PAGES A4-SIZE
manuscripts (abstracts) including tables, figures and references using
the template file and submit them to the website for submission.
• After the submitted manuscripts are reviewed, they will be notified that
they will be accepted or not. Presenters are requested to revise the
manuscripts as necessary and then resubmit them as camera-ready
manuscripts.
• When submitting the manuscript, the presenter will be required to enter
a summary of up to 200 words and key words in addition to the PDF file
of the manuscript.

Camera-ready Manuscript submission
Presenters are requested to prepare TWO PAGES A4-SIZE manuscripts as camera-ready manuscript (Final paper) for proceedings using the template file. Please make sure your manuscript does not exceed TWO PAGES. The camera-ready manuscript will not be accepted without registration and payment in time. For each accepted paper, at least one author must register as a general participant or a student (For example, if you have 3 accepted papers, you need make 3 registrations).
Special Publication in Journals
Selected papers will be recommended to "International Journal of Automation Technology" (IJAT, Fuji technology press) indexed in ESCI, Scopus, Compendex (Ei) and DOAJ for review and publication.
